A quiet, muted palette, inspired by shibui (渋い)

Ink & washi paper family: sumi ink, kaki persimmon, kohaku amber, kihada turmeric, matcha, ai indigo, fuji wisteria. All accent colors tuned to ≥4.5:1 contrast against their code-block background. Replaces the original Everforest palette, which is kept, unused, in _palette-everforest.css for reference.
